The Richfield Town Commission has announced dates for public hearings and work sessions regarding the town’s land use plan and budget.

At Monday’s meeting, commissioners agreed to set May 30 to finalize the budget and complete the regular meeting. The budget’s public hearing will be at 6 p.m. June 20.

Richfield’s new planning board will meet June 12 for an organizational meeting and to discuss the town’s land use plan. The new board will likely send a land use plan to town commissioners for approval at their regular meeting June 26.

At the June 26 meeting, the town commissioners are also scheduled to adopt both the land use plan and the budget for the next fiscal year.
