Stanly County Sheriff’s Office reports the following activity:

Harry Michael Fahy, 25, was arrested for felony assault inflicting serious bodily injury and misdemeanor assault on female at South Third Street, Albemarle, Jan. 31.

Otis Junior Pratt, 53, was arrested for felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver, misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia and felony possession of firearm by felon at Wall Street, Norwood, Feb. 2.

Darius Tashawn Kluttz, 29, was arrested for felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver heroin, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at Floyd Street, Richfield, Feb. 2.

Emilia Carmen Rivera, 35, was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at Stokes Ferry Road, New London, Feb. 3.

Demecus Rhmad Hooker, 23, was arrested for felony probation violation at South Third Street, Albemarle, Feb. 3.

Chris Michael Hartsell, 44, was arrested for felony breaking or entering motor vehicle and misdemeanor larceny at Whitley Road, Norwood, Feb. 5.

Marcquis Deon Partlow, 33, was arrested for felony discharging weapon into occupied property, felony carrying a concealed gun and misdemeanor discharge of firearm in city at US 52 Feb. 6.
