Stanly County Sheriff’s Office reports the following activity:

Beda Baza Martinez, 32, was arrested for misdemeanor possession of marijuana up to half an ounce and misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia at U.S. Highway 52/Southside Road, Albemarle, March 19.

Anthony Wayne Harris, 64, was arrested for felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia at Tick Tack Hill Road, New London, March 19.

Beda Baza Martinez, 32, was arrested for felony first degree burglary and misdemeanor first degree trespassing enter/remain at Badin Road, Albemarle, March 20.

David Bryant Stilwell, 24, was arrested for felony first degree burglary at Badin Road, Albemarle, March 20.

Timothy Ray Beaver, 36, was arrested for two felony charges of larceny of motor vehicle parts, two counts of felony inj prop obt nonferr metal-f, and two counts of felony conspiracy at Old Whitney Road/Pumphouse Road, New London, March 20.

Jerry Neal Sweeney, 42, was arrested for two felony charges of larceny of motor vehicle parts, two counts of felony inj prop obt nonferr metal-f, and two counts of felony conspiracy at Old Whitney Road/Pumphouse Road, New London, March 20.

Jeremiah Harrison Brown, 33, was arrested for two felony charges of larceny of motor vehicle parts, two counts of felony inj prop obt nonferr metal-f, and two counts of felony conspiracy and felony identity theft at Stanly County Jail, Albemarle, March 20.

Elbert Nathaniel Lowery, 23, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery at Silver Road, Oakboro, March 20.
