Moonlight races happen Sunday to benefit United Way

The Vac & Dash Moonlight 5K, 10-miler Double Feature Half-Marathon & Movie will be held at the Badin Road Drive In on Sunday.

The 5K will start at 6:30 p.m. and the 10-miler will be at 7:30 p.m. Those registering for the Half-Marathon will compete in both races with their times combined for their half-marathon time.

The race will benefit the United Way of Stanly County.

Registration fees are $30 for the 5K, $40 for the 10-miler and $55 for both. This price does include a ticket to the double feature movies that will be held this same night, starting at dark.
