Fitness 4 Athletes offers summer camps

Three summer camps for athletes from rising third through 12th graders will be conducted this summer at CrossFit Albemarle.
The camp for rising third through fifth graders will be June 25-28, while the July 9-12 camp will be for rising sixth through eighth graders. The camp from July 23-26 will be for rising ninth through 12th graders. Times for the camps are 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Athletes will be tested in the following domains of fitness: cardiovascular and respiratory, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility and balance.
Each athlete must have a waiver filled out and signed before participating in the camps.
The cost of the camp is $180 if pre-registered or $200 the day of the camp.
