Stanly Slammers schedule basketball camp

Former Pfeiffer University basketball standouts Damian Argrett and Rico Grier will host the Stanly Slammers basketball camp for girls July 23-25 and for boys July 25-26 at South Stanly Middle School.
Argrett and Grier both were All-Americans at Pfeiffer and played professionally in Europe. They will be joined by former NCAA and WNBA champion Alexis Hornbuckle as well as members of the Slammers’ coaching staff.
Players will work on a variety of skills including shooting, ball handling, passing and others necessary to become a complete player and take their game to the next level.
The camp is $50 for each athlete and limited to the first 30 participants. A camp T-shirt will be included.
