Vaccine clinic planned for Saints Delight Church

Atrium Health will have a drive-thru vaccine clinic at Saints Delight Church, 520 Wall St., Albemarle from 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Wednesday. This is for people age 65 or older who need the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

The second dose clinic will be 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m. March 3.

Do I need an appointment?
No appointments or identification (ID) are needed.

Do I need a second vaccine?
Yes, you will need a second vaccination. The Atrium Health team will return on March 3 to give you a second dose.

What is the cost of the vaccination?
If you have insurance, the fee will be paid by your insurance with no cost to you. If you do not have insurance, the fee can be paid for by the Provider Relief Fund with no cost to you.

How long will I wait in line to get my vaccine?
Wait times may be long. On-site staff will let cars know when they are full and can no longer take patients.
This may be before the 2:30 p.m. closing time if there are a large number of people already in line.
