The Pfeiffer men’s indoor track team had another successful meet at the JDL Fast Track as they participated in the Camel City Invitational in Winston-Salem.
The Pfeiffer school record in the distance medley relay (DMR) fell as the team of Cannon Powell, A.J. Huffman, Trent Rivers and Sawyer Helms raced to a time of 10:48.88, eclipsing a record that has stood since 2016. The time currently has them ranked sixth nationally in Division III.
Freshman Shevaun Daley shined in both 60 meters and in the 400 meters, posting times of 7.21 and 52.95. Both are personal bests and currently have him ranked in the top three in the USA South.
