Stanly County Sheriff’s Office reports the following activity:

Preston Carl Pinkston, 38, was arrested for felony second degree forcible rape at West South Street, Albemarle, Sept. 1.

Robert Harold Bruer, 47, was arrested for felony conspire to commit felony larceny and felony larceny conspire break/enter building at South Third Street, Albemarle, Sept. 1.

Lori Ann Beck, 45, was arrested for misdemeanor simple assault in Albemarle Sept. 1.
