Stanly County Sheriff’s Office reports the following activity:

Joshua Lee Sanford, 24, was arrested for felony possession of a weapon of mass destruction at Jodie Drive, Stanfield, July 8.

Michael Bruce Carter, 22, was arrested for misdemeanor simple possession of schedule VI controlled substance at Aquadale Road, Oakboro, July 8.

Daniel Lee Franklin, 30, was arrested on nine counts of felony surrender by surety at South Third Street, Albemarle, July 9.

Amanda Leigh Carver, 37, was arrested for felony surrender by surety at Jail, Albemarle, June 9.

Josh Allen Cummings, 30, was arrested for felony possession of controlled substance prison/jail, Albemarle, July 9.

Terry Gay Cronin, 59, was arrested for misdemeanor assault with deadly weapon at Spencer Drive, Mt. Pleasant, July 10.

Kevin Justin Horne, 40, was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of heroin and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at Buster Road/N.C. 200, Stanfield, July 11.

Bret James Plowman, 34, was arrested for felony attempted breaking or entering building at Cecil Lane, Albemarle, July 12.

Joshua Aaron Harbarger, 35, was arrested for felony alter/dest/etc. stolen motor vehicle/part and felony possession of stolen motor vehicle at Stanly County Courthouse, Albemarle, July 12.
