Stanly County 4-H is offering a variety of fun, hands-on learning experiences for youth ages 5-18 through the annual 4-H Summer Blast Program.
This year, the program includes a variety of topics from fitness and horseback riding, to nature and life skills.
In addition to these new classes, they will also have program favorites including sewing, electric and cooking workshops.
Registration for the 4-H Summer Blast Program will open to the public on Tuesday and will remain open until all classes are full. To register your child for the 4-H Summer Blast Program, complete an online form for each camp you wish for your child to attend. This registration will open at 9 a.m. Tuesday and will be sent out via social media, email and the Stanly County Cooperative Extension Service website.
Registration is a one-time $10 fee per child and includes a T-shirt. Classes range from no cost to $100 each.
