Stanly County Sheriff’s Office reports the following:

Nelson Jose Argueta, 32, was arrested for two counts of felony habitual larceny at Stanly County Jail, Albemarle, April 6.

Antonia Manwel Ratliff, 35, was arrested for misdemeanor nonsupport child at Eastover Avenue, Albemarle, April 6.

Bethany Diane Thompson, 24, arrested for misdemeanor nonsupport child at Stanly Courthouse, Albemarle, April 6.

Yia Lee, 52, was arrested for felony aid and abet larceny at South Third Street, Albemarle, April 6.

Christopher James Evans, 34, was arrested for felony possession of stolen goods/property at South Third Street, Albemarle, April 6.

James Birchelle Wyand, 70, was arrested for misdemeanor assault with deadly weapon at N.C. Highway 73, Norwood, April 7.

Michael David Stevens, 40, was arrested for felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, felony maintaining vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance, felony possession with with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver heroin and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at Millingport Road/N.C. Highway 73, Richfield, April 7.
