Stanly County Sheriff’s Office reports the following activity:

Darrell Wayne Stokes, 53, was arrested on a felony charge of larceny merchant exchange stolen property at South Third Street, Albemarle, on Jan. 6.

Charlie Lee Lundy, 49, was arrested on a felony charge of death by distribution and felony second degree murder by distributing drug at South Third Street, Albemarle, Jan. 6.

Rickey Eugene Hathcock, 58, was arrested on a felony charge of possession of cocaine at Fork Road, Albemarle, Jan. 6.

Kyndal Nicole Meggs, 26, was arrested on a felony charge of maintaining vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule III controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, felony possession with intent to sell/deliver cocaine, felony felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at NC Highway 24-27/Frog Pond Road, Albemarle, Jan. 6.
