Jessup Whiteford Thompkins, 21, was arrested on misdemeanor charge of assault inflicting serious injury and misdemeanor larceny at South Third Street, Albemarle, Nov.3.

Joanna Nicole Wirth, 19, was arrested on a felony charge of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute marijuana, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute methamphetamine, misdemeanor simple possession of schedule IV controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and felony flee/elude arrest at Austin Road/Canton Road, Albemarle, Nov. 3.
