The chairman of the Stanly Community College Board of Trustees was re-elected at its last meeting.

Retired Maj. Gen. Robert Stonestreet, U.S. Air Force, will again serve as chairman of the trustees. Chris Bramlett was elected as vice chairman while SCC President John Enamait was chosen as secretary.

Board officers for 2018-19 were elected Aug. 9.
