Stanly County Sheriff’s Office reports the following activity:

• Gregory David Tucker, 37, was arrested on misdemeanor charge of assault and battery at South Third Street, Albemarle, Sept. 1.

• Kimberly Nicole Tucker, 35, was arrested on misdemeanor charge of assault and battery at South Third Street, Albemarle, Sept. 1.

• Timothy Daniel Motley, 32, was arrested on felony charge of breaking and/or entering and felony charge larceny after breaking/entering on Freedom Drive, Albemarle, Sept. 1.

• Hunter Ray Scott, 29, was arrested on felony charge of breaking and/or entering and felony charge larceny after breaking/entering on Freedom Drive, Albemarle, Sept. 1.

• Melissa Dawn Khan, 28, was arrested on felony charge of possession schedule I and misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia at Ledbetter Road, New London, Sept. 1.

• Noah Eugene Hatley, 22, was arrested on felony charge of larceny, felony possession of stolen goods/property and misdemeanor second degree trespass at South Third Street, Albemarle, Sept. 1.

• A person reported being victim of larceny on Silver Springs Road, Norwood, Sept. 1.

• James Alan Stokes, 31, was arrested on felony charge of possession of firearm by felon at South Third Street, Albemarle, Sept. 2.

• Joshua Allen Mclain, 29, was arrested on charge of felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance, felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia on McSwain Road, Albemarle, Sept. 2.

• A burglary/breaking and entering, forcible, incident was reported on Old Aquadale Road, Albemarle, Sept. 2.

• Rocky Lynn Trent, 50, was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor simple possession of schedule IV controlled substance at Love Street/West Main Street, Albemarle, Sept. 3.
