Robbery suspect’s case continued until August

Nelson Dulin Coley is scheduled to appear in court again in August, after a judge granted him a continuance on Monday.

Coley was charged with attempted robbery after trying to steal from Friendly Mart at 199 N.C. Highway 24-27 Bypass West on July 3. He also faces numerous traffic violations.
Coley’s next court date is on Aug. 12.
