Allen Tate | Howard Hanna has partnered with Lowder Weyrick Group on the opening of its Albemarle office.
The Allen Tate Albemarle/Lowder Weyrick Group office is at 201 Old Charlotte Road in downtown Albemarle. The office serves home buyers and sellers in Albemarle, Stanly County and surrounding communities, as well as the greater Charlotte region.
Lowder Weyrick Group was founded in 2024 by Carla Weyrick, an Albemarle native and top-producing Allen Tate Realtor who has worked in the company’s Charlotte-SouthPark office since 1999.
Weyrick serves as broker-in-charge of the Albemarle office and will be joined by Allen Tate agents John Williams and Amanda Sells. Leah Lindsay will serve as operations manager.
Weyrick is a graduate of Albemarle High School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice from Pfeiffer University. She is a member of the Allen Tate Legends Club, achieving more than $200 million in closed sales volume in her real estate career.
