Stanly Community College’s Phi Theta Kappa chapter has been named a 2024 REACH Chapter by the PTK Honor Society, recognizing outstanding achievement in membership engagement.
This honor is part of PTK’s REACH Rewards program, which acknowledges chapters excelling in increasing membership acceptance rates.
As a REACH Chapter, SCC’s chapter will receive PTK graduation stoles for chapter officers and members, symbolizing their commitment to academic excellence and service.
PTK membership offers scholarships and engagement opportunities, with 91% of members completing an associate degree or transferring to a four-year institution. Members have access to more than $1.5 million in competitive scholarships and $246 million in transfer scholarships through PTK Connect.
