The Town of Oakboro on Monday night dedicated the main meeting room inside Town Hall as the “Joyce Little Board Room” in memory of long-time mayor Joyce Little. Little served Oakboro as mayor for 18 years (1993-2003, 2007-2011 and 2018-2022).
