The Albemarle Christmas Parade will be here soon and parade organizers are calling on local businesses, organizations and community groups to register their parade entries to be part of this holiday tradition.
This year’s parade will take place on Dec. 14 at 4 p.m. As always, the Albemarle Christmas Parade will feature floats, music, candy and plenty of holiday spirit.
Participating in the Albemarle Christmas Parade offers a unique opportunity to showcase your organization to thousands of residents and visitors. Last year, nearly 3,000 spectators lined the parade route, making it a perfect event to increase visibility and spread holiday cheer.
“The Albemarle Christmas Parade is a holiday tradition that brings our community together,” said Joy Almond, Albemarle’s Christmas Parade organizer. “Whether you’re a business looking to promote your brand or an organization hoping to share your message, the parade is a great way to connect and make lasting memories.”
Registering a Christmas Parade entry is easy. Simply visit www.albemarlenc.gov/christmas to secure your spot. Early registration closes on Nov. 15. The final deadline to register is Dec. 3, with late fees applying to entries submitted after the early registration period.
