In unofficial election results from the Stanly County Board of Elections, Linda Campbell was elected for another term as mayor.
Campbell received 892 votes (85.44%).
There were 152 write-in votes (14.56%).
James Lilly and Robbie Cohen were elected again to seats on the Norwood Town Council.
Lilly received 795 votes (49.13%), while Cohen had 745 votes (46.04%).
There were 78 write-in votes (4.82%).
