Stanly Adult Care Center, Inc. will present its “Starry Night on the Runway” Fashion Show Charity Event on Oct. 26 at the Stanly County Senior Center, 283 N. 3rd St., Albemarle.
The event will kick off with a social hour on the back patio from 5-6 p.m., followed by a delightful dinner at 6 p.m. The evening’s main event, the fashion show, will begin at 6:30 p.m., featuring local boutiques and models.
Tickets are available for $40 per person or $75 per couple, with all proceeds going toward Stanly Adult Care Center, Inc. as it prepares to bring adult day health services to Stanly and surrounding counties. The funds raised will support efforts to complete the renovation of a vacant childcare center that is being transformed into an adult day health services center, with plans to provide personal care, healthcare monitoring and therapeutic activities.
This facility renovation is scheduled to be completed by spring 2025. Stanly Adult Care Center, Inc. is at 204 Anderson Road, Albemarle.
