The Albemarle Downtown Development Corporation shared the following message from DOT:

NC Department of Transportation has announced temporary street closures in downtown Albemarle on Thursday to make repairs to traffic light poles at intersections running along Main Street.

Street closures will begin at 10 p.m. on July 11 and will last until around 4 a.m. on Main Street from Depot to Third streets. Detours will be posted at the affected areas.
