Lillie Randall, the 5-year-old daughter of Kyle and Carmen Randall, won the title of Miss Elementary America Kindergarten in a competition in Little Rock, Arkansas July 2. She won a $5,000 scholarship, a cruise, photo shoots, designer clothing for her reign and more. She was in her first pageant as the Little Miss Majestic 4th of July 2019. (Contributed)
