The Stanly County Senior Center invites individuals to shine a light on the longest night of the year.

Luminary bags will be available in the Senior Center lobby for a $1 donation to the Alzheimer’s Association.

They will be lit on display 5:30-6:30 p.m. Dec. 21 at the center, 283 N. 3rd St., Albemarle, to remember those impacted by Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia.
