Albemarle Police Department announces the following activity:

Bethany Amber Brock, 23, was arrested for misdemeanor child abuse at South Third Street, Albemarle, Oct. 18.

Eric Lamar Brown, 20, was arrested for misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana half an ounce to 1.5 ounces at East Main Street/Leonard Avenue, Albemarle, Oct. 19.

Stacie Wynette Morton, 35, was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine at U.S. Highway 52 North, Albemarle, Oct. 20.

Kaila Marie Garcia, 28, was arrested for misdemeanor child abuse at South Third Street, Albemarle, Oct. 20.

Kennyaha Virginia Shamblee, 38, was arrested for misdemeanor assault and battery at East Main Street, Albemarle, Oct. 21.

James Matthew Morris, 33, was arrested for felony assault with deadly weapon with intent to kill at Wood Street, Albemarle, Oct. 23.

Sozinho Bindo Nganga, 39, was arrested for felony possession of cocaine at N.C. Highway 24-27/South Beverly, Locust, Oct. 24.

Herve Ndosimau Manseka, 37, was arrested for felony possession of cocaine at N.C. Highway 24-27/South Beverly, Locust, Oct. 24.

Kane E. Balling, 35, was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine at N.C. Highway 24-27 Bypass East, Albemarle, Oct. 24.
