Stanly County Sheriff’s Office reports the following activity:

Eric Michael Smith, 41, was arrested for eight counts of felony surrender by surety at South Third Street, Albemarle, July 29.

Cody Robert Douglass, 22, was arrested for felony sex offender residence violation and felony failure to report new address-sex offender at Meadow Ridge Apartments, Albemarle, July 29.

Debbie Lynn Shaw, 49, was arrested for two counts of felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor maintaining vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at U.S. 52, Albemarle, July 30.

Joshua Mitchell Griffin, 24, was arrested for misdemeanor carrying concealed gun at South Third Street, Albemarle, July 31.

Octavis Colson Shankle, 64, was arrested for misdemeanor assault with deadly weapon at Dairy Farm Lane, New London, July 31.

Frank Albert Clow, 30, was arrested for misdemeanor larceny at South Third Street, Albemarle, Aug. 1.

Aaron Hall Duncan, 31, was arrested for two counts of felony breaking and/or entering, two counts of felony breaking or entering motor vehicle, two counts of attempted felony larceny, felony possession of stolen motor vehicle, felony flee/elude arrest with motor vehicle at Frog Pond, Endy, Aug. 1.

Ryan Gage Smith, 27, was arrested for felony breaking/entering to terrorize/injure at Millingport Road, Locust, Aug. 2.

Bailey Alan Hatley, 19, was arrested for felony possession of stolen firearm, felony maintaining vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance, two counts of felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI controlled substance, misdemeanor maintaining vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance and two counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at Anwit Street/Anson Avenue, Norwood, Aug. 2.

Beda Baza Martinez, 33, was arrested for felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at Anwit Street/Anson Avenue, Norwood, Aug. 2.

Laura Elizabeth Almond, 40, was arrested for felony obtaining property by false pretense and felony surrender by surety at South Third Street, Albemarle, Aug. 2.
