Stanly County Sheriff’s Office reports the following activity:

Sarah Lynn Deberry, 37, was arrested for misdemeanor breaking or entering and misdemeanor second degree trespass at South Third Street, Albemarle, March 24.

Jessica Anne Rich, 32, was arrested for felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, felony possession of heroin, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at Salisbury Avenue/Spruce Street, Albemarle, March 25.

Ryan Gage Smith, 27, was arrested for felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver heroin and felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana at Salisbury Avenue/Spruce Street, Albemarle, March 25.

Kyle J Leach, 31, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver of schedule II controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver heroin and felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana at Salisbury Avenue/Spruce Street, Albemarle, March 25.

Eric Michael Smith, 41, was arrested for felony possession of stolen motor vehicle and felony altering serial numbers at South Third Street, Albemarle, March 26.

Skylar Berry, 20, was arrested for misdemeanor larceny at N.C. Highway 49/U.S. Highway 52 N., Richfield, March 27.

Khristina Ann Buczynski, 42, was arrested for misdemeanor simple assault, misdemeanor communicate threats and misdemeanor second degree trespass at N.C. Highway 24-27, Albemarle, March 28.

Larry Buchannon Joyner, 46, was arrested for felony habitual misdemeanor assault and felony breaking/entering to terrorize/injure at Barrier Store Road, Locust, March 29.

Harry Michael Fahy, 24, was arrested for felony obtaining property by false pretense >=$100,000 and felony conspiracy at South Third Street, Albemarle, March 29.

Kevin Lamont Little, 44, was arrested for misdemeanor carrying a concealed gun at N.C. Highway 24-27/East Red Cross Road, Oakboro, March 29.
