Albemarle Police Department reports the following activity:

Justin Wayne Waldroup, 35, was arrested Dec. 18 for felony charge of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine at South Third Street, Albemarle.

Sidney Dillon Pittman, 18, was arrested Dec. 19 on a charge of misdemeanor simple possession of schedule IV controlled substance at East Main Street/NC 24-27 Bypass, Albemarle.

Holly Rickerra Kindell, 31, was arrested Dec. 19 for misdemeanor larceny at NC 24-27 Bypass East, Albemarle, and at South Third Street, Albemarle.

Artis Shondale Butler, 35, was arrested Dec. 19 on a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana up to half an ounce at Richardson Street, Albemarle.

Harry Michael Fahy, 24, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of assault and battery at Lowder Street, Albemarle, Dec. 20.

Riley Blake Wilson, 19, was arrested Dec. 20 on a misdemeanor charge of simple assault at Woodhurst Lane/Anderson Road, Albemarle.
