Artists in the Stanly County Arts Guild have taken discarded canes of all types and made them into OOAK works of art. These canes are on display in the store and all are being sold in a silent auction through Jan. 15.

The proceeds from the auction will go towards the Stanly Arts Guild Scholarship for a college student majoring in art from Stanly and surrounding counties.
