Locust will host its Christmas parade a 1 p.m. Dec. 5 in Locust Town Center. Individuals and businesses/organizations that want to participate in the parade can register online.

The parade route will begin at the Lion Club Drive Parking Lot, make a left onto N.C. Highway 200, take a right onto Market Street, take a left onto Ray Kennedy Drive, right onto Town Center Drive, right at Sassy Cakes Bakery, left at Locust Town Homes, right onto Kingston Drive, right onto Smith Street and end back at the Lion Club Drive Parking Lot.
