Albemarle Police reports the following:

• A person reported being victim of discharged weapon into occupied dwelling/moving vehicle at Northeast Connector/Moss Springs Road Aug. 27.

• A person reported being being assaulted on U.S. 52 North on Aug. 27.

• A person reported a larceny of a firearm on Ridge Street Aug. 27.

• A report of assault by pointing a gun was taken at Grigg Street Aug. 28.

• A report of misdemeanor larceny of a motor vehicle on Rogers Street was taken Aug. 28.
• A report of sexual battery was taken Aug. 28.

• A report of assault by pointing a gun was taken at Furr Street/Austin Street Aug. 28.

• A report of assault on NC 740 was taken Aug. 29.

• A report was made Aug. 29 of property found at Dick Street.

• Braxton Demille Phifer, 26, was arrested on felony charge of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver cocaine at Arey Avenue/Henry Jay Street Aug. 28.

• Braxton Demille Phifer, 26, was arrested on misdemeanor charge of simple possession of schedule VI controlled substance at Arey Avenue Aug. 28.

• Christopher Lee Ross, 47, was arrested on misdemeanor charge of assault on female at Fox Run Drive Aug. 29.
