Stanly County Sheriff’s Office reports the following activity:

• Martavius Dwayne Pemberton, 22, was arrested on misdemeanor charge of simple assault on N.C. 49 North, Richfield, Aug. 21.

• William Arthur Simpler, 50, was arrested on felony charge of breaking or entering motor vehicle, felony larceny, felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession drug paraphernalia on N.C. 24-27 Aug. 21.

• Eric Michael Smith, 40, was arrested on felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession drug paraphernalia on N.C. 24-27 Aug. 21.

• Bradley Malone Fesperman, 47, was arrested on felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession drug paraphernalia on N.C. 24-27 Aug. 21.

• Brandy Nicole Bracey, 34, was arrested on felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession drug paraphernalia on N.C. 24-27 Aug. 21.

• Marco Antonio-garcia Vega, 46, was arrested on misdemeanor charge of assault on female on North Main Street, Norwood, Aug. 21.
