• Taylor Aaron Laforge, 29, was arrested on felony charge of possession heroin at N.C. 24-27 Bypass Aug. 18.

• Kevin Michael Coleman, 37, was arrested on misdemeanor charge of larceny at Leonard Avenue Aug. 18.
