Morgan to appear in court next month

Stanly County Commissioner Ashley Morgan will appear in court next month after his case was continued on Tuesday.

Morgan was charged with a misdemeanor BWI on Lake Tillery in June.
He has served on the Stanly County Board of Commissioners since December 2016.
Morgan’s next court date is Sept. 10.
