Grady Delane Love Sr., 74, of Concord, passed away Thursday, February 14, 2019 at his home.
Memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at Bethpage United Methodist Church with the Rev. Mark Vickers officiating, inurnment will follow at the church columbarium.
Visitation will be from 2:00 to 3:00 PM Tuesday at the church prior to the service.
Grady was born March 10, 1944 in Stanly Co. to the late Lonnie Simpson Love Jr. and Mary Estelle Hathcock Love.
He worked for Harris Teeter and Charlotte Motor Speedway for over 30 years each. He enjoyed, hunting, fishing, and NASCAR, and he loved spending time with his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Love.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Debbie Love of the home, sons, Grady D. Love Jr. (Julie) of Concord, Chad Love (Caroline) of Mt. Pleasant, Brian Love of Virginia Beach, daughter Rebecca Love of the home, grandchildren Jaxson, Cori, Norah and D.J. Love, brothers and sisters; Carol Sue Love Collins of Monroe, NC, Laythene Love Benge (Earnest) of Thomasville, NC, Charlie Love (Gayle) of Concord, Diane Love Almond (Bruce) of Albemarle, Mary Love McClellan (Mike) of Oakboro, Elaine Love Huneycutt (Mike) of Stanfield, NC, Gail Love Yow of Oakboro, and Terri Love Rogers (Darrell) of Lexington.
