Jennie Elvina Hinson Kluttz, 86, of Marshville, passed away Thursday, November 15, 2018.
Mrs. Kluttz was born June 8, 1932 to the late William Philas and Lula Mae Meggs Hinson.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Roy Clinton Kluttz. Jennie retired from Stanly Knitting Mills in Oakboro after 35 years of employment.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 pm, Sunday, November 18, 2018 at Hartsell Funeral Home – Albemarle and at other times at Jennie’s home. The funeral service will be held on Monday, November 19, 2018 at 11:00 am located at Oakboro United Methodist Church, officiated by Rev. Gene Moore. Burial will follow at the Oakboro Cemetery, 1397 North Main Street, Oakboro.
Survivors include: sons, Larry and wife Susan Kluttz of Mint Hill, Michael and wife Barbara Kluttz of Marshville; grandchildren, Danny and wife, Jenny Kluttz of Monroe, Kevin and wife, Elaine Kluttz of Marshville; great-grandsons, Nathan and William Kluttz and one great-granddaughter arriving soon; sister, Mary Lecty and husband, Lewis Mills of Oakboro.
