Calls for the de-annexation of Badin, Stanfield and Red Cross wreaks of a political “scorched earth” policy by N.C. Rep. Justin Burr, R-Stanly.
Since his loss in the election Mr. Burr seems determined to punish the good people of Stanly County with this latest case of legislative “I’ll show you what I think of you voting me out” hijinks.
Maybe the voters of Stanly County made the correct choice in candidates to represent their best interests.
This Albemarle raised, Myrtle Beach resident, certainly thinks so.
