SNAP Football MVP

Tuesday, August 31, 2010 — For week two of the 2010 high school football season, the Stanly News and Press Most Valuable Player of the Week is North Stanly quarterback Jalen Holt.

In the Comets's 25-7 win over South Stanly last Friday night, Holt had five completed passes for 214 yards and two touchdowns, leading North Stanly to their first victory over the Rebel Bulls since the 2004 season.
