The Pfeiffer men and women's swim teams swam at Lenoir-Rhyne on Saturday competing against the host Bears and Converse Valkyries.
The Lady Falcons would defeat Lenoir-Rhyne 80-42 while tying Converse 61-61. The men would fall to Lenoir-Rhyne 151-110.
The Pfeiffer women started things off with a victory in the 400-yard medley relay as the team of Kate Galichenko, Mary Rudolph, Daliya Spasova and Hannah Finkernagel out-touched Converse by .19 seconds.
Nick Insley tallied the men’s first victory of the day in the 100 backstroke defeating his competitors by 2.5 seconds.
Galichenko would score the first individual win for the Lady Falcons in the 200 butterfly in 2:13.89 winning by 10 seconds.
George Moreno scored wins in the 50 and 100 freestyle while Insley won the 200 backstroke.
Finkernagle took home top honors in the 500 freestyle while Spasova and Corley won the final individual events in the 100 fly.
Pfeiffer ended with team wins in the men and women's 400-yard freestyle relays.
