The Carolina Christian Lady Lions stormed past the Charlotte United Lady Warriors 88-22 in the championship finals of the CACAA on Friday night.

Carolina Christian posted their best performance of the year on both ends of the court. The outcome of this championship match was determined early on as the Lady Lions held Charlotte United scoreless in the first quarter and then got their offense rolling in the second half for a 44-5 halftime lead.

Both Carolina Christian teams will travel to Dayton, Tenn. on March 6-9 to compete in the National Association of Christian Athletes national championship tournament. The Lady Lions will look to defend the title that they won there last year.
