The Pfeiffer men’s basketball team suffered a road loss Saturday at Lees-McRae and lost Monday night to Belmont Abbey, extending their current losing streak to eight games.
Pfeiffer travels to North Greensville tonight and Erskine Saturday.

The Lees-McRae men’s basketball team placed five in double figures en route to an 83-60 win over Pfeiffer on Saturday
Lees-McRae (2-17, 2-11 CC) posted a field goal percentage of 49.2 percent on the afternoon, shooting an even 50 percent from the floor in the second half, while holding Pfeiffer (3-16, 1-11) to a 31.9 percent clip in the contest.
Lees-McRae won the battle on the glass, outmuscling Pfeiffer 44-25 on the boards.
Asad Lamot (Mebane, N.C.) paced the Bobcats with a game-high 14 points, going 5-for-6 from the floor and 2-for-3 from beyond the arc, while also posting contest-bests of seven assists and six rebounds.
DeAndre Tillman added 13 markers and five boards, while DJ Brown knocked down four three-pointers to end the night with 12 points, all in the first half. Daniel Sepokas and Charles Clarke chipped in 12 and 10 points, respectively.
Tayron Gibson led the way for Pfeiffer with 13 points and five rebounds.

Belmont Abbey (15-6, 8-5) senior Tyshawn Good poured in a career-high and school-record 44 points during a 103-94 victory over Pfeiffer on Monday night.
Pfeiffer (3-17, 1-12) connected on a season-high 16 three-pointers in the game.
Good dropped his career-best 44 on 15-of-22 shooting from the field at 68 percent with four triples and 10-of-13 converted from the charity stripe.
Humphrey led Pfeiffer with 27 points on 9-of-17 shooting at 53 percent. Each team had four players in double digits.
