The West Stanly volleyball team improved their overall and conference records with a 3-1 road win at North Stanly this past Wednesday.
Scores of the match were 25-20, 25-22, 16-25 and 25-19.
Molly Moore led West Stanly (4-1, 3-0 RRC) with 14 kills of the 36 total team kills that the Colts had in the match.
Kasey Fowler, Madison McIlwaine and Lindsey Mullis each had three service aces. The Colts would post 14 aces in the match.
On the JV side, West earned a 2-1 win in three sets over the Comets.
Scores of the JV match were 26-28, 25-18 and 25-22.
Emily Morgan led the JV Colts with 13 kills, while Itccel Jaramillo has three aces and 19 service points in the win.
