Waverly Owen Skidmore VFW Post 2908 will hold a St. Patrick’s Day Dance on March 17 at the Post home, 119 Anderson Road, Albemarle.
The festivities will be hosted by the Post membership and its auxiliaries beginning at 8 p.m. featuring The Tarheel Rhythm Band, playing a variety of styles.
Limited quantities of advance tickets are available for purchase at the Post home for $8 per person from 4-9 p.m. daily. Cost per ticket will be $10 after the advance tickets are gone and at the door. Cash bar available. Cost includes food and lots of fun while enjoying the music.
