Monday, February 18, 2013 — James Roy Ritchie, III, 35, of Martinsburg, W.Va. died Feb. 11, 2013. A private family burial will be at Salisbury National Cemetery later. Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord is serving the Ritchie family.
