Tuesday, February 19, 2013 — Giles James “Jim” Kelly Jr., 80, of Albemarle, passed away on Monday, February 18, 2013, at Stanly Regional Medical Center.
A graveside service was at Fairview Memorial Park on Wednesday, February 20, 2013, at 12 p.m. The family received friends following the graveside service.
Mr. Kelly was born October 17, 1932, to the late Giles James Kelly and Annie L. Kelly in Mt. Gilead, N.C. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Constance Kelly; granddaughter, Leah Hill; and brother, Bob Kelly.
Mr. Kelly is survived by his daughters, Cynthia Hill and Debra York and her husband Jim, all of Albemarle; and three grandchildren.
