Monday, February 11, 2013 —
Hilda Jane Lomax Frick, 85, passed away on Friday, February 8, 2013, at Stanly Regional Medical Center.
The family received friends at Open Door Baptist Church, 24639 N.C. 49 S., Richfield, on Sunday, February 10, 2013, from 1-2 p.m. Funeral services followed at 2 p.m. at the church, with Rev. Nathan Hammill officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
At other times the family will meet at the home of her daughter, Pamela Capra, at 631 Edgemont St., Albemarle.
Mrs. Frick was born on January 14, 1928, to the late George Henry Lomax and Pearlie Ethel Rogers Lomax. She is also preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Irvin Frick in 1994.
She is survived by her son, Toby Frick of Albemarle; four daughters, Pamela Capra and husband Frank of Albemarle, Patti Yow and husband Wayne of Richfield, Kay Glover and husband James of Denton and Betty Leslie of Albemarle; brother, Wade (Tom) Lomax of Richfield; sister, Lois Goodman of Liberty; nine grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
