Tuesday, February 19, 2013 — Susan “Louise” Burleson Caseman, age 90, of Atlanta, formerly of Albemarle, N.C., passed away on Sunday, February 17, 2013.
The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle on Thursday, February 21, 2013, from 6-8 p.m. and Friday, February 22, 2013, from 12:30-1:30 p.m.
The funeral service, officiated by Rev. Joe Smith, will be at Stanly Gardens of Memory Mausoleum, Albemarle, on Friday, February 22, 2013, at 2 p.m. Burial will follow at Stanly Gardens of Memory Mausoleum.
Lousie was born on October 19, 1922, to the late Lee Burleson and the late Bessie Burleson. She is also preceded in death by her husband in 2007, Dr. Austin B. Caseman; and six brothers, Shelby, Edward, Hubert, Rayvon, Macon “Stoney” and Newell Burleson.
She is survived by a daughter, Cathy Anne Berdahl of Reston, Va.; a granddaughter, Carly Rebekka Berdahl of Atlanta, Ga.; a sister, Maxine Tucker of Albemarle; a brother, Ernest Burleson of Concord; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle is serving the Caseman family.
