Monday, November 19, 2012 — Maxine Herlocker Ussery McIntyre, 97, died Nov. 16, 2012. Visitation: 1-2 p.m. Nov. 20, Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church. Memorial service followed at 2 p.m. in the church sanctuary. Burial will follow at a later date at Friendship United Methodist Church, Albemarle.

The family requests that memorials be made to Hospice at 960 N. First St., Albemarle NC 28071 and Wesley Chapel UMC, 46963 Wesley Chapel Road, Misenheimer, NC 28019.
